Personal anecdotes about life in Alaska, written by a columnist from the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner in response to the frequent question : "Why do you live in Alaska?". A charming book. Brown boards, 192 pages, printed dustjacket. The book has some light wear to the covers, good hinges, sound binding, very clean pages with an author inscription on the half-title: "To Ellen's mother, a reminder of the niceness that is Alaska - Edith C. Rohde 1979", no other writing. The mylar protected dustjacket has some very light edgewear and is not priceclipped. A very clean copy.
