There are more than one hundred examples from photographs included in the book. Dark green cloth lettered in gilt, uncut edges, 285 pages. Externally a bit rough, with the covers and spine effectively detached from the text block and with tape repairs to the joints, internally much better, with firm text block, clean pages free from any significant chips, tears or markings. Externally fair to poor, internally good to very good.. Second Edition. Hard Cover. Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
