Green cloth, 380 pages, dustjacket. The book has minimal shelfwear, good hinges, sound text block, very clean pages free from names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and has some light edgewear, including some very tiny chips to the spine head, almost no paper loss. A very clean and sound copy. Price: 25.00 USD

	2.	Shaw, Bernard. Signed and with Photograph of Robert Loraine  Man and Superman : A Comedy and a Philosophy. Special Actor's Fund Edition New York Brentano's 1907 Special Limited Edition of 7th Printing Hard Cover Good 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall Signed by Robert Loraine Number 46 of one hundred copies printed for the Actor's Fund Fair at the Metropolitan Opera House on May 6th, 1907. The copyright page indicated that this is a seventh printing, but the title page is printed with the limitation of 100 copies and is hand-numbered 46. The adjoining frontis is a portrait of noted actor and aviator Robert Loraine in his role as John Tanner, and is signed beneath (not a facsimile) in blue-black ink. There is also what appears to a an actual photo of Loraine mounted on the inside front cover, signed "Hall, NY" in the print. Robert Loraine (1876-1935) was a British actor, theatre manager and aviator, perhaps best known outside Britain as the first to fly an airplane equipped with a Marconi wireless transmitting apparatus aboard. The book itself is rather undistinguished but for the photo and signature - it is an ex-library copy with stamps on both sides of the front free endpaper, the half-title and copyright page, plus removed spine label and rear pocket. Light grey cloth lettered in gilt, 244 pages. Worn, with covers spotted, hinges cracked, an additional handwritten name on the front free endpaper. Pages mainly quite clean and text block sound. Introduction By Louis Casson  Man and Superman New York Limited Editions Club 1962 Limited Edition Hard Cover Very Good Very Good Slipcase 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall Signed by the Illustrator Number 841 of 1500 copies, signed by the illustrator. The Limited Editions club, founded by George Macy in 1929, has a long history of producing well-made limited editions of classic and carefully selected contemporary literature, usually signed by the illustrator, designer or other party involved in the production of this particular edition. This book has beautifully created and printed color illustrations on tinted background paper. Brown illustrated cloth over beveled boards, linen spine printed in dark brown and gilt, pictorial endpapers, 138 pages plus colophon, black slipcase with label. The slipcase is designed to hold this book and another, smaller book - a copy of The Revolutionist's Handbook. This volume is absent and has been replaced by a softcover version of Abe Fortas' Concerning Dissent and Civil Disobedience dated 1968. The main book has almost no wear, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages free from names or other markings. The additional book is also very good with some shelfwear. The slipcase is a bit dusty with some uneven fading, but sturdy and strong. Price: 45.00 USD
