Includes an opinion from the 1835 Hagerstown, Maryland, almanac, of the growth of New Orleans from an unknown port to a world trade center, upon the occasion of the Louisiana city's thirtieth year under the U.S. flag; among other historical articles and brain teasers typical of the genre. Chocolate brown cloth with gilt spine lettering and decoration, bookmark ribbon, illustrated endpapers, 294 pages, illustrated slipcover. The book is in very good condition, looks and feels new, with sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The slip case in in good condition physically with some light overall surface rubbing and soil. Price:

Includes issues 191 through 202, 1953 through 1955, bound in a green cloth hardcover volume with black leather spine lettered in gilt, 12.25 inches tall and about 1.25 inches thick. Some spotting to the covers, with the front cover bowed a bit upward at the outer edge, leather spine very good other than two tiny chips along the rear joint, good hinges, firm binding, contents very clean and unmarked.
