Light cover wear, mainly rubbing to the corners and spine ends, some very light foxing to the outer edges of the text blocks, cover of volume II foxed, spines a bit age-toned, bindings firm, pages clean. The slipcase has edgewear adn rubbing, a tiny break to one section of a lower seam, structurally sound.

Politically correct and not-so-correct, vintage visuals from 1925 to 1975, from The New Yorker magazine. Blue-green boards with white cloth spine, about 200 pages (unpaginated), illustrated dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with some foxing to the edges, very, very minor shelfwear including rubbed corners and spine ends, and sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is also in very good condition with some foxing along the rear inside panel and some light shelf soil, a bit of edge rubbing.

This political and science humor book begins with the cartoon statement: "Doctor, you must stop addressing your Medicare patients as Comrade." Eggshell boards with brown linen-like cloth spine, gilt spine lettering, blindstamped publisher emblem on the cover, eighty-six pages, including an index of over forty-five artists previously published in The New Yorker. The book is in very good condition, looks and feels about new, with the exception of a minor bump to upper right front cover corner, sound text block, good hinges, clean pages with no names or other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is also in very good condition, with very mildy discernible surface rubbings mostly apparent due to its white background.
