Some pinking smudging to the white seashell on the front, extremities rubbed, good hinges, sound text block, name and date on front pastedown, biographical notes about a John Newton Lackey on the rear pastedown, a bit of transparent spotting to the edges of the front free endpaper, pages otherwise clean and unmarked.
