Some shelfwear and rubbing, chipping to the lower spine end, text block sound, light foxing to plates but heavy age-toning to text pages adjacent to them, pencil notations on preliminary blanks, dampstain to outer edge of frontis engraving, affecting the margin only. A sound and attractively bound copy.
