Color illustrated light blue tinted cloth with bright golden yellow cloth spine, maroon and navy spine lettering and decoration, illustrated endpapers, 509 pages, with a brief bio of the author, illustrated dustjacket. The book is in very good condition with some edgwear including lightly rubbed corners and spine ends, sound text block, good hinges, some ink underlinings to the ultimate and penultimate pages, otherwise clean contents with no other markings. The mylar protected dustjacket is not priceclipped and is in good condition, with rubbed outer edges, chipped spine ends and corners (not obstructing design), less than a fraction of a percent overall paper loss. Essays about college life by noted world figures in both literature and the sciences.
