He examines the administrative and bureaucratic structures which promote and perpetuate secrecy and corruption, and suggests that America would be better off with the British cabinet system. Red cloth, 235 pages, printed dustjacket. The book has almost no wear, good hinges, and clean pages free from names or other markings.
